Make sure to complete in its entirety
Owner(s) / Principal(s) must provide social security number(s).
We will pull a credit report on both the business and the owner(s) to check for
any history of fraud, tax liens, bankruptcy, foreclosure etc.

Will accept tax returns or income statement and balance sheet.
– If business is not two years old, submit year to date statement. 

Personal financial statement should show assets, liabilities, and total net worth.   We will accept multiple formats.

Once we receive your application, the due diligence process takes 3 to 5 business days and will include a bank account verification call.  Upon approval, we will issue you login credentials and train you and your staff on the application and funding process.
